Medical Emergencies for Dentists
- Designed for Florida dentists seeking to renew their conscious sedation permits.
- This is a four (4) hour course and continuing education credits are awarded.
- The course includes a review of potential medical emergencies including airway management with specific hands-on skills demonstrations.
Emergency Consultations for Offices and Surgery Centers
- We conduct “mock code” simulations using the facility’s own equipment, along with a review of the code cart to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- We engage with staff before, during, and after each simulation to gather feedback and assess opportunities for improvement in emergency medical response.
- A comprehensive written summary that includes findings and actionable recommendations is provided after the consultation.
