YOUR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION SOURCE
Welcome to AIEME
Thank you for visiting us… to help with your registration experience, we’ve provided some information below to assist you.
Before Registration
Go to our Main Menu Bar and click on Course Calendar.
Yes, we are an approved training center for both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross.
The location is listed as part of the course title. Times and venue directions are provided both during and after the registration process
Please refer to our pricing table here: Pricing
Unfortunately, the virtual options for ACLS and PALS are no longer available effective 8/31/23. BLS renewals can be taken virtually as long as you have access to a manikin for skills demonstration and have completed the AHA’s Heartcode
All courses are open unless the course is specifically marked as “Private.” Those courses have been set up by special interest groups for their staff members exclusively.
There is an option, during registration, to see if your employer is on our direct bill system. If so, verification will be made and you will not be charged.
After Registration
For information such as the venue address, Zoom logins and study material, go to the Student Resources tab on our main menu bar. The course location and times are listed on the Calendar page.
A receipt will be sent immediately after registration.
2025 is the latest edition for ACLS, BLS, and PALS
A link is available by going to the Student Resources tab on the main menu and selecting Course Materials.
If you need to reschedule, please select a new date on our Course Calendar. At the end of the registration process, you will be given the option to select “Rescheduling Student” instead of entering payment information—you or your employer will not be charged twice.
If you need to cancel your course, please contact us by emailing aieme@aieme.com or calling our office at 813-949-9282. Please review our cancellation policy for more information.
After Course Completion
After your course, your information is uploaded to the AHA system—typically within a few hours of the course ending. Once processed, you will receive an email from the AHA with the subject line “Claim Your Card.”
Click the link in that email, which will take you to the AHA “My Cards” portal. Follow the prompts to claim and download your eCard.
If you do not receive the email, here are two common reasons:
– The email was sent to your spam or junk folder
– You are checking a different email address than the one used during registration
Alternate option:
You can also go directly to https://heart.org/mycards and enter your first and last name along with your email address to claim your card.
Your cards are actually maintained in the AHA database so they can be easily retrieved. Simply click on the following link: https://heart.org/mycards and enter your first and last name along with your email address to retrieve a copy of your cards.
Yes, you can call our office or email to get in touch.

A Message From Our CEO,
Since 1995, we have been blessed to serve our medical community – both locally, nationally and internationally. We’re privileged to count many of our participants as lifelong friends.
At AIEME, we are dedicated to helping learners deeply understand the why behind what they do. We believe that true internalization outlasts memorization especially in high-pressure, crisis situations where clear thinking is essential.
We look forward to welcoming you to one of our upcoming courses and having you as a valued member of our AIEME family.
Warm regards,
Sharon Kelley
Chief Executive Officer
