03/28 – BLS Skills Checkoff 730a (Private – FCS)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• HeartCode Online Portion Requirement: To attend and complete your BLS renewal course, you must first complete the HeartCode online portion. This step is essential and must be completed prior to the virtual skills session conducted on Zoom.
• How to Purchase HeartCode:
  • Go to www.shopcpr.com, select “Courses” in the main menu
  • Select “BLS” in the drop down menu
  • Scroll down to the “Heartcode – BLS” option.
  • Select and pay for the Heartcode course.
• Completion Timeline: We recommend that you complete the HeartCode online portion at least one week in advance of your scheduled course. This will provide ample time for you to successfully complete the online coursework and receive your completion certificate.
• Certificate of Completion: After completing the HeartCode online portion, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please have a photo or copy of this certificate handy to show the instructor on the day of your virtual course.
